Yay! It’s almost the weekend.

Yummm! Breakfast was actually a lot more filing than I thought it would be. Must-a-been the bar =) I love love love Luna Bars! They are my all time favs by far.
Lunch today was plain and simple
Peanut Butter Jelly Time, Peanut Butter Jelly Time
with grapes and carrots
These were some new grapes that I tried and they were weird. They “busted” in my mouth and were very sour tasting. :(
Later on I had some crackers
I planned on going for a walk after work today so I wanted to “beef” up my snack to hold me over.
Apples tend to make me hungrier. Maybe it’s just me??!! So, I had another bar and then drank LOTS of H20. The apple/bar was a smart(er) idea but all the H20 hurt my tum and made me feel like I was going to puke during my walk so I cut it short but I still did something.
Dinner was awesome if I do say so myself
another monster mash with squash, zucchini, bell pepper, broccoli, sugar snap peas, tomatoes, sesame seeds and some seasoning. I mixed in the leftover chick chick from last night and served it over some risotto.
can you see the yummy, creamy risotto?? Can you, can you??
